Room and accommodation rules and regulations

  1. – Check-in is from 2 p.M. Check-out is until 11 a.M.
  2. – The guest is given the key upon registration at the reception and is kindly asked to lock the room. The guest is required to hand over the key to the receptionist upon departure. If the guest lose or does not return the key they are obligated to pay the penalty of 5€.
  3. – If the guest wishes check-out later than 11 a.M, we kindly ask to inform the administration beforehand. There is an additional payment for a longer stay.
  4. – If the guest wishes to check-in later than 3 p.M, we kindly ask to inform the administration beforehand.
  5. – The guest must have a valid identity document in order to check-in.
  6. – It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms. The fine for violating this rule – 50€
  7. – Only registered guests can stay in the room for the night. Those who are not registered can visit the room from 8 a.M to 10 p.M., otherwise, they will be charged for the night.
  8. – For any damage caused by the guest to the hotel property, the guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the park.
  9. – Pets are not allowed in the room.
  10. – It is not allowed to bring explosives, weapons, inflammable materials, or other dangerous chemicals in to the room.
  11. – Ordering and delivery of food from outside our hotel is prohibited.
  12. – The guest must inform the administration about observed technical faults or insufficient service quality, otherwise, the park is realised from liability.
  13. – Guests must maintain night-time peace from 10 p.M to 8 a.M. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests. If other guests are bothering your peace, please inform the administration.
  14. – Room services are provided from 8 a.M to 5 p.M.
  15. – We highly recommend keeping your valuable belongings in the safes which are located in every room. The park is not responsible for valuable items left in the room.
  16. – In order to ensure your safety we placed security cameras around the territory.
  17. – Refunds will not be made for unused services.
  18. – The bill must be settled by cash, valid credit card, or by prior order.
